Hello again. I had forgotten all about my blog, till a lovely friend of mine reminded . From now on I will try to  post regularly. Well, here is my latest card. It's an 8 x 8  White pearl card with silver and hot pink Mirri board. I hope you like it.

And another card. I have been playing with some new dies I got from Spellbinders. I am loving the results I am getting from them.

I'm back!

I cant believe it's been so long since I was here. Life has been a strange mix of whirlwind and quiet times with nothing going on at all. I'm trying to sell my house, so I might move nearer to my family. But while I am waiting for a buyer, I feel as if I am in Limbo. So, to keep myself busy, I have developed a new style for my cards. I hope you like them.

Today started off with heavy rain. But as the day turned into afternoon, the sun came out and is now streaming in through the window. I was going to make a couple of Christmas cards, but suddenly it's Summer again!  So here is a another sunshine yellow creation. A Saturated Canary image, coloured with pro-markers.

After a Golden Saturday at the Olympics for Team GB, Sunday has seen more Gold Medals. Woo Hoo!

Here is my newest card, inspired, colourwise, by the Medals. :)

I am enjoying the Olympics, but as it's on the TV 24/7 in this house, and too much of something can be a bad thing, I decided to sneak away off to my craft room and create another card. I used a Saturated Canary image called Whispy, coloured her with Pro-markers, made a frame for her with a Marianne die and finished it with some card candy and crystal stickles glitter.

What strange weather we are experiencing. Drought, resulting in widespread hosepipe bans, and just 1 week later, floods and hail, high winds and non - stop rain!


What better way to escape all of that?  Disappear into my craft room and try out some new craft tools. 


Here is a Frame Card, which, I must confess, had me tearing my hair out. The instructions were very vague, and after 5 hours it dawned on me that it was made in 2 pieces Doh!

Hello to All!  With all this strange weather we have been having lately, I have been spending time in my craft room, playing with some new craft toys that I have bought.  This is the first time I have used my new Spellbinders Floral Oval die. It's a Saturated Canary digi. Hope you like it!
